A repair sim set in Velistra, a small Balkan country, from the fall of the Eastern Bloc to the early 2000s. Take apart radios, tape decks and TVs, clean them, replace parts or make your own from junk. Some of what comes in is stolen. Some of it has something inside that shouldn't be there.
